Fibre Optics

Fibre optics cabling uses optical fibres (typically glass) to transmit data signals. It provides greater bandwidth than traditional wire cables, resulting in faster transmission and less signal degradation. For environments with a complex infrastructure or multiple locations, fibre optics is the way to go. CCL’s professionals can perform whatever your company may need, including field installations, cabling and terminations.

Cable Jetting

For fibre optics installation, CCL uses cable jetting. Traditionally, cables were pulled through cable ducts via a winch line. With cable jetting, cable is blown through conduits, allowing for extremely long distances (up to 10 kilometres) of installation to be reached without splicing and with less force on the cables.
